India 17.07.19

Hey, long time no see! :)
It's been five days since I have written anything. I fine, no worries. I just hadn't have the time to write anything.
I wanted to travel a bit through India. Sadly that didn't work out. There where landslides in Darjeeling, because of incessant rains, couldn't go there. Varanasi wouldn't work for some other reason and the train to Dharamshala, where I wanted to drop in for some Solo Trekking in the mountains, was booked out. I understood that as a sign, that I was not meant to travel this time, and that I have to come back some other time to see the beauty of India again. There have been a lot of people coming and going. Gloria, a wonderful friend from Spain went yesterday and today Miriam, a friend of mine from Mexico will also spend her last day. Odie our friend, came back from his journey through India same as Oyo but Odie will leave too. On the 15th there was a funeral a sister, she was one of the founding sisters, died. There were so many people and at least 8 priest. It was a very beautiful funeral. I liked, that not everything was black and white but rather colorful. We believe in the paradise after death, so death is supposed to be a celebration, right?
Yesterday I also learned, what the Monsoon is about. I witnessed some rains in India before and I said to myself, yeah these are heavy rains, but it rains that hard in Germany too. And then there was this rain yesterday. Rather short, really heavy and the streets were flooded. Wow! Know I know what my brother meant when he told me of the monsoon.
